Attending a yoga class with Dhanashri is a complete experience! There is a wonderful balance of knowledge, attentiveness and stillness reflected in the yoga teachings and meditation classes. I always feel energised, centered and relaxed at the end of a session. Simply amazing - would definitely recommend Pranava Yoga!

I love the classes at Pranava Yoga! The classes are relaxing but also gently stimulating - the deep stretching is amazing... Dhana is a fantastic teacher who shares her abundant knowledge of yoga and meditation. Highly recommend their classes..
