We were travelling back to SA when we stopped in Alstonville for a few days. It rained non stop and the roof started leaking from the solar panels. Despite being fully booked, Alstonville Caravan Repairs found the time to assist us. They removed and resealed the panels to the roof. It was not a small job but done very professionally and at an affordable price. We're so grateful!
Took my van to Alstonville Caravan Repairers to get a wind-out window refitted after it came off. Very professional and fast service. The guys swiftly backed the van into the workshop and fixed it in a flash and at a very reasonable price. Will definitely go back there if I need any more work done. And it's close to home!
Alan came out to our van (parked at a park) to help us with a, supposedly simple, electrical issue. He was brilliant and patient and did an awesome job under difficult circumstances (being away from the shop so only the tools and equipment he had with him in his ute and it turned out not such a simple electrical issue). Located the problem, fixed everything as best he could and organised to get the final issue fixed in the shop at a time that suited us. All very reasonably priced considering the hassle. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
